How to Sign in and Create an Account

Having a login on our website allows for a speedier checkout process, as our system will remember your details, such as your email and your shipping and billing address. We will not hold on to your payment details though, as this breaches online security.

If you are placing an order and you are having trouble logging to your account, it is possible that you haven’t yet created an account with a password. To create an account, follow the steps below:

Fill in your information on the right-hand side of the screen, under “Create account”, then click the orange “Create” button. If you already have an account, you can fill in your email and password on the left side of the screen, under “Customer Login”, then click “Sign in”.

On phone web browser:

Go to https://korunutrition.co.nz. On the main page, click the 3 lines at the top left of the screen.
Click “Sign in”.
Scroll down and under “Create account” fill in the information, then click “Create”. If you already have an account, fill in your email and password under “Customer Login”, then click “Sign in”.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
