PoliPay Internet Banking - How To Use

We understand some customers may prefer to pay via bank transfer rather than using a credit or debit card. On our website, at checkout, we offer an option called PoliPay or Poli Internet Banking, which is a direct bank transfer payment method created by the Australian Post Office. 
 
When you pay using PoliPay, you won’t need a credit-card, and you don't need to register. The payment is securely transferred directly from your bank account to ours. 

Read on for a step-by-step guide to using PoliPay:

1. Once you have added the products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart, head to checkout. After filling in your email address and shipping information, click ‘Continue to shipping’, then ‘Continue to payment’.
   
   
2. The credit card option will automatically be selected. Select ‘Poli.Internet Banking’ instead, then click ‘Complete order’.
   
   
   
   
   
3. You have now accessed the PoliPay payment process. Select your bank from the dropdown menu, then click ‘Continue”.
   
   
   
   
   
4. Enter your internet banking access number and password, then click ‘Login’.
   
   
   
   
   
5. Your bank may ask you a few security questions to make sure it’s you. Fill in your answers.
   
   
6. Select the bank account from which you wish to pay from, copy and paste the reference number found at the top next to the Koru Nutrition logo into ‘Reference’, and the POLi ID into ‘Code”. Click ‘Continue’.
   
   
   
   
   
7. Finally, if required, enter the one-time pin sent to your cell-phone number, then click ‘Authenticate’.
   
   
   
   
   
8. Your payment has been made. You will be redirected to our website 😊
